This appeal has been preferred by the appellant aggrieved by the order dated 15.02.2012 passed by the Additional District Judge, Sojat, District Pali on an application under Order XXXIX, Rule 1 and 2 CPC.
It is stated by learned counsel for the appellant that the main dispute itself already stands settled between the parties and, therefore, he does not want to press this appeal.
In view of the above submission, the appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
