This appeal has been preferred by the owner of the vehicle aggrieved by the award dated 25.6.2009 passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Sirohi. It is submitted by learned counsel for the appellants and not disputed by learned counsel for the claimant that the matter has been compromised between the parties and in view of the said compromise, the appellants does not want to press the appeal and wants to withdraw the same.
In view of the submission made, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
