Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 Vijay Singh alias Devi Singh states that the entire dues of Rajasthan Financial Corporation ('RFC') have been cleared by him and No Objection Certificate in this regard has also been issued by the RFC.
In that view of the matter, the learned counsel for the appellants do not want to press the present appeal and wants to withdraw the same. The appellants are permitted to withdraw the appeal and the same is dismissed as withdrawn. The stay application also stands disposed of.
