By this writ petition, a challenge has been made to order at Annex.4 dated 02.06.2010 whereby petitioner was asked to report on duty under Directorate, Jaipur in view of administrative reasons.
A period of more than two years is going to pass in the month of June, 2012 and no interim order exists in favour of petitioner. Learned counsel for petitioner is not in position to state as to whether any other arrangement has been made during the intervening period or not otherwise, a presumption goes regarding compliance of order under challenge.
Looking to all these facts, I do not find any reason to cause interference or to set aside the order of transfer. The writ petition so as the stay application are dismissed accordingly.
