After notices were duly served and taking cognizance of the matter order was passed by this Court in the presence of the counsel for the parties dt.15.1.2015 directing the respondents including Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Kota & Secretary, UIT, Kota to come with the written response.
At the same time, on complaint made by the petitioner, this Court further ordered restraining the concerned authorities initiating the process for regularizing the constructions of which reference was made.
Almost 18 months have rolled by now and still both the counsel appearing for the Municipal Corporation, Kota & UIT, Kota unable to justify why reply has not been filed.
Let Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Kota & Secretary, UIT, Kota shall remain present before the court on the next date of hearing with written explanation as to why response in compliance of order of the Court has not been filed so far and why action may not be taken against them.
List on 29.7.2016 at 10.30 A.M., as prayed. A copy of this order be made available to both the counsel for compliance.
