�ाथ� के �व�ान व�र� अ�धव�ा �ाथ� क� ओर से ��तुत इस िस�वल �व�वध �ाथ�नाप� को वा�पस लेने क� अनुम�त चाहते ह�। साथ ह� �ाथ�ना करते ह� �क इस �यायालय �ारा अवमानना या�चका म� पा�रत आदेश �दनांक 14.10.2011 के अनु�प पुन: अवमानना या�चका ��तुत करने हेतु प��ह �दवस का समय �दया जावे।
�ाथ� के �व�ान अ�धव�ा को �ाथ� क� ओर से ��तुत इस �ाथ�नाप� को वा�पस लेने क� अनुम�त �दान क� जाती है। �ाथ� क� ओर से ��तुत यह िस�वल �व�वध �ाथ�नाप� वा�पस िलये जाने के आधार पर �नर�त �कया जाता है। अवमानना या�चका म� पा�रत आदेश �दनांक 14.10.2011 के अनु�प प��ह �दवस क� अव�ध म� �ाथ� पुन: अवमानना या�चका ��तुत करने हेतु �वतं� रहेगा।
