Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

By way of filing present writ petition, the petitioners have prayed for following relief:-

“a). By issuing a writ of mandamus, directed the respondents to include the petitioners while undertaking the process of selection for the Local Level Guide for Jaipur District in view of the Notification dated 25^th November, 2007.

b). By a appropriate writ, order or direction the respondents may further be directed to award provisional licence after the completion of the selection process if the petitioners are found to be the successful.”

In my opinion, for the purpose of redressal of their grievances, the petitioners are required to file representation before the concerned authority and, upon filing such representation, the authority concerned is under an obligation to consider their representation in accordance with the Notification dated 25^th November, 2007.

In this view of the matter, this writ petition is

disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh detailed representation to the respondents alongwith copy of the said notification within a period of one week from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Upon filing such representation, the respondent – Secretary, Ministry of Tourism and Culture, Secretariat, Jaipur is directed to decide the representation of the petitioners for the purpose of redressal of their grievances in accordance with the Notification dated 25^th November, 2007 within a period of one month from the date of filing representation. Further, it is directed that in the event of allowing representation of the petitioners, the result of the petitioners may also be declared.
