Counsel for petitioner, on instructions, submits that he may be permitted to make representation to the authority apprising about the action being without holding competence and other grounds available to him under the law.
The petitioner is always at liberty to make representation to the authority and if such representation is made it is expected from the authority to independently examine his grievance without being influenced by the observations made by the Tribunal under order impugned.
With these directions/observations, the petition stands disposed of.
