In this writ petition, grievance of the petitioner is regarding handing over the charge of hostel. She is not willing to take responsibility of hostel, accordingly the petitioner made a representation to cancel the order giving charge to the petitioner. The said representation has not yet been considered by the respondents. Thus, this writ petition may be disposed of with the direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner.
In view of the limited prayer made, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
This disposes of the stay application also.
