Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has not been able to verify the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents No.2 to 5 on 08.04.2009 as the petitioner has not contacted him.
In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent No.2 to 5, as recorded in the ordersheet dated 08.04.2009 that the suit itself has been dismissed and the plaintiff-petitioner has not preferred any appeal against the same, I find no reason to proceed with this contempt petition. The same is accordingly consigned to record. The notices issued to the respondents also stand discharged.
The contempt petition accordingly stands disposed of.
