Heard learned counsel for the
petitioner.
The writ petition has been filed
against the judgment of the Revenue Board
dated 22.6.06 whereby the revision
petition filed by the plaintiff-
respondents was allowed and the order
dated 29.3.05 passed by the Court of SDO,
Dantaramrah refusing to permit certain
documents on record of the case was set
aside.
Learned Revenue Board while allowing
the revision petition has prima facie
found the documents to be relevant and

came to hold that their production on
record would only enable the Court to pass
the effective and final judgment in the
matter and in doing so, the Court has
awarded cost of Rs.300 to the petitioner.
Having heard the learned counsel for
the petitioners and perused the impugned
order, I do not find that the learned
Board of Revenue has in any manner
committed any illegality in exercising the
discretion while permitting the documents
on record.
The writ petition in my opinion is
having no merit, hence the same is
dismissed accordingly.
