Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and
perused the impugned order.
The learned Tribunal has passed the order impugned in view of certain admitted facts. In our view the finding of guilt of the petitioner does not require any interference. So far as quantum of punishment is concerned, the learned Tribunal has already taken a very very lenient view, and there is no scope for any further interference. The appeal is, therefore, dismissed summarily.
