It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioners that a suit, along with an application for temporary injunction under Section 212 of Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955 is pending before the Dy. Commissioner, Colonization. The application for temporary injunction is still pending and it has not been decided by the Dy. Commissioner and on the other hand the respondents are taking possession of the disputed land from the petitioners.
In these circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction that till the application of petitioners for temporary injunction in the suit is decided by the competent authority, the

petitioners shall not be dispossessed from the disputed land in question, if they are in possession.
