Instant petition U/s 482, CrPC has been
filed raising grievance that despite applications
filed seeking early disposal of Cr.Rev-01/06, it has
not been finally heard so far by Addl. Sess. Judge,
Kekri (Ajmer).
It appears from record that proceedings U/s
145, CrPC were initiated and learned trial Magistrate
appointed Receiver over agricultural land bearing
khasra Nos.528/1 & 869 situated in village Solya
(Sarwar Tehsil) (Ajmer district) in dispute against
which present petitioner preferred aforesaid revision
petition on 22/12/05 which is pending.
Since Receiver has been appointed over land
in dispute and more than two years have elapsed,
application for early hearing has also not been
considered by Court of Revision, which is the only
grievance raised by petitioner herein. This Court
considers it proper to direct the Court of Revision

to finally hear and dispose of Cr.Rev-01/06
expeditiously.
With these directions, misc. petition stands
disposed of. A copy of this order be sent to the
Court of Revision forthwith for compliance.
