Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The only grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner made a representation vide Annex.3 dated 30.8.2001 and reminders vide Annex.4 dated 20.5.2005, Annex.5 and Annex.6 dated 7.1.2006 which have not so far been considered and decided by the respondents.
In my view, the writ petition can be disposed of by directing the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner within three months from the date of filing of certified copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner within three months from the date of filing of certified copy of this order. No costs.
