In view of the judgment of Division Bench dated 21.8.2007 passed in D.B.Civil Writ Petition No.21/2002 “M/s.Dinesh Pouches Ltd. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.”, the present revision petition becomes infructuous. The same is, therefore, dismissed as infructuous. However, it is made clear that in the event of the said judgment of Division Bench being in any manner set aside, or interfered with, it will be open to the petitioner to file a fresh revision.
