The grievance of the petitioner has already been
redressed by the respondents as per para 3 of their
reply. The said para reads as under:-

“3. That the relief as prayed by the
petitioner has been granted by the
answering respondents and his request for
treating the route as 'C' class route has
beenconsideredandappropriate
adjustments were made. The amount of tax
was recalculated. The petitioner is
satisfied with the recalculation of the
amount. The excess amount had also been
adjusted. Thus, no grievance of the
petitioner is surviving, therefore, the
writ petition deserves to be dismissed on
this ground.”
