Vide order dated 24.04.20 2 6, on the request made by learned c ounsel for the parties, the m atter was referred to the Mediatio n and Conciliation Centre of t his Court for exploring the possibilit y of an amicable settlement bet w een the parties.

A report dated 12.03.2026 has been received from the learned M ediator, wherein it has been r e corded that the parties have amicably resolved their inter se dispu t e and have entered into a Settleme n t Agreement dated 12.03.2 0 26. The said Settlement Agreeme n t forms part of the report sub m itted by the Mediation and Conciliat i on Centre.
