compromise. Likewise, respondents Tejbir Singh and Chandra Wati have also furnished their affidavits admitting the correctness of the compromise deed dated 10.08.2026. Learned counsel for the both the parties submit at bar that since parties are not at issue either on a question of fact or law, the appeal be disposed of in terms of compromise deed dated 10.08.2026.
II. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties at bar and the fact that the matter has been compromised vide Compromise Deed dated 10.08.2026, the parties are not at issue either on a question of fact or law. Resultantly, the appeal in hand is disposed of in terms of compromise deed dated 10.08.2026 Annexure A-1, which shall be a part of the decree sheet.
