Perusal of the file also reveals that suit for seeking permanent and mandatory injunc'on filed by plain'ff Baldev Singh was dismissed by the Appellate Court on 08.11.1996, reversing the findings of the trial Court.
It appears that LRs of the appellant are no longer interested in
pursuing the appeal.
