[1]. By w ay of present appeal, challenge has been laid to the Awar d dated 27.11.20 1 7 passed by the learned Addl. District Judge, Mohal i (hereinafter to b e referred as the ‘Reference Court’). [2]. At t h e very outset, learned counsel for the appellants submits tha t the present ap p eal is squarely covered by t h e judgment dated 25.02.202 6 passed by this C ourt in a bunch of appeals, lea d case of which was RFA-11722017 , titled “Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA), Through its Estate Officer Vs. Jasvir Singh Dhaliwal and Ors.” whereb y the market valu e on the date of notification u n der Section 4 of the Act wa s assessed @ Rs.4,15,59,750/- per acre. [3]. Lea r ned counsel for the respon d ents are not in a position t o controvert the a b ove factual position. [4]. After going through the judgment r e ferred to above as well as th e present case, this Court agrees with the a s sertion made by the learne d counsel for the a ppellant.

Co n sequently, the present appeal( s ) are disposed of in the sam e terms as Jasvir Singh Dhaliwal’s case (supra) and the landowner is hel d entitled to mark e t value @ Rs.4,15,59,750/- pe r acre besides granting all othe r statutory benefit s under the Act.
