This is a review application under Section 114 read with Order 47 Rule 1 CPC and part A(a) Chapter-1, Volume V of the High Court Rules for review of the judgment dated 21.05.2025.

Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioners has submitted that the petitioners has also made a prayer in the amended writ petition for a direction to the respondents to pay awarded amount of compensation along with interest. It is submitted that the applicant-petitioners would withdraw the present review application but liberty be granted to the applicantpetitioners to move a representation to respondent no.3 on the aspect of the interest and respondent no.3 be directed to consider the said representation in a time bound manner and in case the representation is found to be meritorious, then, the necessary relief be also granted to the petitioners as

expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law. Learned counsel for the

applicant-petitioners has further submitted that the present judgment should not come in the way of the petitioners in pursuing and agitating the said right.

Learned State counsel has submitted that in case any such representation is filed, respondent no.3 would consider the same in accordance with law within a period of three months.

Keeping in view the above said facts and circumstances and the limited prayer made on behalf of the applicant-petitioners, the petitioners are permitted to withdraw the present review application with liberty to the petitioners to move a representation to respondent no.3 on the aspect of interest and respondent no.3 is directed to consider and decide the said representation within a period of three months from the date of filing of the said representation in accordance with law by passing a speaking order. Respondent no.3 would consider the said representation on the above said aspect independently without being influenced by the observations made in the judgment dated 21.05.2025.
