This is an application for impleadment of proposed applicant as respondent No.3.

Mr.Hitesh Pandit, Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the appellants and submits that he has no objection, if the present application is allowed.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and name of the proposed applicant-Babli daughter of Dilbag, is ordered to be impleaded as respondent No.3 subject to all just exceptions. Amended memo of parties is taken on record. Registry is directed to tag the same at appropriate place.

Main Appeal

The present bunch of appeals, the details of which are mentioned in the heading, involve common point of law and common set of facts, hence, they are being dealt together. For the sake of convenience, the facts are being taken from LPA-34-2020.

Learned counsel for the parties agree that after the judgment of learned Single Judge, the law on the issue whether, the land owner whose land has been acquired, get indefeasible right to seek appointment in government service or not. Learned counsel for the parties submit that keeping in view the facts of the present case as well as the law which has been settled by the competent Court of law as of today, a due consideration be given to the claim of the respondent and appropriate order be passed in a time frame.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that appropriate order keeping in view the facts of the present case as well as the settled principle of law will be passed, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this Court.
