The present order shall dispose off the above noted Letters Patent Appeals (LPAs) challenging the order dated 07.03.2025 passed by the learned Single Bench in CWP-6381-2025 and other connected matters whereby the writ petitions were disposed off in terms of the order dated 09.01.2025 passed by the learned Single Bench in CWP-13761-2024 titled as ‘ Akashdeep & Ors. Versus State of Punjab & Ors. ’.

The only grievance raised by the learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant is that in para No.22 of the order dated 09.01.2025 passed by the learned Single Bench in CWP-13761-2024, it has been stated that in case any of the Institution(s) had not raised any claim before the Union of India or the State of Punjab, they would be at liberty to give their details of entitlement by filing an appropriate representation along with the necessary documents with the respective departments of the Government of Punjab as well as before the appropriate department of Government of India.

Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant in all the appeals have contended that the disbursement is to be made by the Government of Punjab and as such the representation(s), if any, filed by the Institution(s) would have to be forwarded to the Government of Punjab.

In view of the above limited prayer made by the learned senior

counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant, it is clarified that the representation, if any, as received by the appellant in terms of para No.22 of the order dated 09.01.2025 passed by the learned Single Bench in CWP13761-2024, would be forwarded to the Government of Punjab for further action.
