Present appeal has been filed challenging the order dated 08.04.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in CWP-171-2018 by which, the writ petition filed by the appellant herein, has been dismissed.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that keeping in view the order passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in CWP-11492-2006 titled as Pawan Kumar vs. UHBVN and others on 13.12.2023 by which, in somewhat similar circumstances, the relief has been granted, including all other grounds permissible, the present appeal may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the appellant to file a review before the learned Single judge of this Court and to file fresh appeal in case need arises.
