The present petition was filed on 14.05.2026 by Mr.Parunjeet Singh, Advocate. The Registry had raised objection on 15.05.2026.

As per Rule 9, Chapter 1, Part-A, Volume V of the Punjab and Haryana High Court Rules and Orders, the petitions/applications on which objections are raised by the Registry are to be taken back by the counsel or the parties, who filed it, to be filed again, after removal of such objections, within a total period of forty days. Apparently, the case/application was not taken back for re-filing after removal of objections.

By notifying in the cause list, the Registry had requested the concerned Advocates to collect all their cases/applications lying with objections (which were filed up to 31.12.2023). It was further notified that all such pending cases/applications would be listed before the Court for appropriate order.

On failure, the instant petition has been shown listed in the cause list for 10.09.2026.
