The appeal has been filed by the claimant against the dismissal of the claim petition by the le ar ned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Jind vide Award dated 28.11.2 0 17.

The present appeal pertain s to the year 2018 and filed with a de l ay of 123 days in refilling the s a me. Notice of motion is yet to be iss u ed in the appeal. Order sheets s h ows that since the inception there wa s no representation on behalf of a ppellant and it is only on the last date of hearing i.e. 17.11.2025 lear n ed counsel for the appellant had put i n appearance, however, instead o f making arguments, sought adjourn m ent. On his request, the matter was adjourned for today i.e. 10.4.202 6 . However, today there is no representation on behalf of appellant .

Thus, this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss the same for no n -prosecution.
