On that date, nobod y appeared f or the appellant and the matter w as adjourned for today.
It is reported by the office t h at the counsel for the appellan t has been i nformed through email but in s pite of that nobody appears fo r the appel l ant. When staff of this foru m attempted to contact learne d counsel for the appellant, he did not pick u p the call.
