Learned counsel for the appellants in FAO No.1358-1359 of 2003 has pleaded no instructions on behalf of the appellants. Even notices issued to appellants in said appeals received back duly served.

Similarly, learned counsel for the appellants in FAO Nos.59115912 of 2002 has pleaded no instructions on behalf of appellants and notices issued to appellant Nos.1 to 3 & 6 received back with the report that they have died and appellant Nos.4 & 5 not served due to incomplete addresses.

None has put in appearance on behalf of LRs of deceasedappellants, it seems that LRs of appellants/appellants are no more interested in prosecuting the present appeals.
