The present appeal has been f iled by the appellant/claimant/ injured ag a inst the dismissal of his clai m petition by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Jhajjar, v i de impugned Award dated 26.10.201 8 , passed in MACT Case No. 181 of 2017 dated 18.09.2017 filed unde r Section 163-A of the Motor Ve h icles Act.

The matter pertains to the ye a r 2023 and notice is yet to be issued in t he same. Moreover, the prese n t appeal has been filed with a delay of 7 9 1 days in filing and 112 days in re-filing.

A bare reading of the above facts shows that the appellant has exhib i ted an utterly casual attitude in his pursuit of the present litigation.
