On 25.03.2026, since no one had put in appearance on behalf of the appellant as well as respondent Nos. 1 and 2, Registry was directed to issue notice to them as well as to their counsels. As per office report, appellant has been duly served and Mr. Balraj Gujjar, learned appearing for the appellant has also been informed. Further, respondent No. 1 and 2 have not been served due to incomplete/incorrect address.

The appellant is not appearing since 17.07.2025. Today the matter was called twice but there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. It seems that the appellant is no more interested in pursuing the present case. Therefore, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for want of prosecution.

Accordingly, the present appellant is dismissed for want of prosecution.
