Learned counsel for the petitioners has contended that CWP No.1710 of 2025 titled as “Sewak Singh Mann Vs. State of Punjab & Ors.” was filed which was disposed off vide order dated 22.09.2025 with a prayer to decide the representation therein by passing a speaking order after affording an opportunity of hearing to all affected parties. Learned counsel for the petitioners has further contended that the petitioners are also affected parties as their houses are in the area which has now been demarcated and they had to be heard before the speaking order could be passed as directed vide order dated 22.09.2025 passed in CWP-1710-2025. Learned counsel has further contended that a representation dated 19.12.2025 (Annexure P-5) has already been submitted to respondent No.3- Deputy Commissioner, Barnala, which has also not been considered.
