The petitioner has assailed the possession notice dated 05.09.2023 issued under one of the recourses u/s 13 (4) of the SARFASEI Act, 2002. No reason has been assigned as to why the alternative statutory remedy available u/s 17 of the SARFASEI Act,2002 has not been availed by the petitioner.

In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to interfere, in the matter and relegates the petitioner to avail such remedy in accordance with law.
