[1] On 22.03.2024, the followin g order was passed:-

“ Present writ petition h as been filed for quashing the impugned order dated 16.05 . 2023 (Annexure P-6) passed b y learned Financial Commissi o ner, Haryana (respondent No. 1 ) whereby ROR No.413 of 202 2 was disposed of on the basis of alleged compromise affidavit dated 20.04.2023 (Annexure P- 7 ) which is vitiated on fraud, mistake of facts, coercion an d misrepresentation and on bein g null and void in the eyes of law. After arguing for so m e time, learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted that he does not press this petitio n on merits. However, he sub m its that the dispute is among the brothers and there are chanc e s of an amicable settlement and if the matter is referred to the M e diation & Conciliation Centre, the case can be amicably resolved.

On the limited issue, let n otice be issued to the respondent s . On asking of the Co u rt, Ms. Upasna Dhawan, AA G , Haryana appears and accept s notice on behalf of responden t s No.1 to 4-State.

[2] Order dated 16.05.2023 (Annexure P-6) also shows that the ROR was disposed off in terms of the compromise. Despite notice of motion order dated 22.03.2024, no effort was made by either of the parties to amicably resolve the dispute.
