At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied, in case a direction is issued to respondent No.3 to consider the legal notice dated 12.10.2025(Annexure P-8) within a time bound manner. 3. In view of the above, and without adverting to the merits of the case, the respondent No.3-Deputy Inspector General of Central Reserve Police Force, Group Centre, CRPF, Pinjore is directed to consider and decide the legal notice dated 12.10.2025 (Annexure P-8) after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
