The petitioners through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India are seeking setting aside of orders dated 01.12.1999 & 02.02.2000 whereby their claim has been rejected.

For a quite long time, there was no representation of the petitioners, thus, vide order dated 19.12.2025, notice was issued to unrepresented parties.

As per office report, intimation was sent to counsel of unrepresented parties still there is no representation on their behalf. It appears that with the efflux of time, the petitioners have lost their interest to pursue the petition.
