Pension PSC 3/25-26/120 0 136183/E-mail 3969/1762-65 dated 28.07.2025 has alread y directed the Treasury Officer, Panchkula, Haryana to stop the pensionary benefit of the private respondent no. 4/S m t. Veen Gupta till the final outcome of appeal no. FA O -M-309 of 2017 filed by the private respondent no. 7 b ef ore the Hon’ble Punjab and Haryana High Court. A c o py of the said letter dated 28.07.2025 was duly forw a rded to the petitioner also. Accordingly, the pension dis b ursing agency Bank of India, Sector-16 Panchkula/respon d ent No. 3 vide its letter dated 11.08.2025 has confirmed to th e Treasury Officer, Panchkula that the pension of Smt.
