Present writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for directing the respondent No.3-Deputy Commissioner, Mahendergarh, District Narnaul to carry out a fresh demarcation in reference to installation of red stones installed at Village Beri, Mahendergarh.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already raised the grievance through the representation dated 20.11.2025 (Annexure P-16), which is still pending consideration with respondent No.3 and at this stage the petitioner will be satisfied, in case a direction is issued to the respondent No.3 to decide the same by passing an appropriate speaking order in a time bound manner.
