upon the road in question. Several other prayers have also been made in the writ petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the sanctioned plan dated 31.01.2023 has only been supplied to the petitioners along with the written statement and it is prayed that the layout plan of Sector 56, Sushant Lok-2, Gurugram be also supplied to the petitioners. It is submitted that at this stage, the present writ petition be disposed with a direction to the respondents-State to supply the said document and liberty be also granted to the petitioners to file an appropriate proceeding/petition after getting a copy of the same.

Learned counsel for the respondents-State, on instructions from Mr. Amit Madholia, DTP, Gurugram, has submitted that a copy of the layout plan with respect to Sector 56, Sushant Lok-2, Gurugram would be supplied to the petitioners within a period of one week from the date they move an application for the same, subject to the payment of fee which is applicable.

Keeping in view the above-said facts and circumstances, the present writ petition is disposed of, with a direction to the office of the Director, Town and Country Planning, Haryana, to supply a copy of the layout plan of Sector 56, Sushant Lok-2, Gurugram to the petitioners, within a period of one week from the date they move an application for the same on payment of usual charges. Liberty is granted to the petitioners to file an appropriate proceeding/petition after getting a copy of the said plan for the redressal of their grievances, if any.
