As per the report of the Mediator dated 13.10.2025, which is signed by both the parties, the matter since stands amicably settled between the parties. The petitioner has already submitted a demand draft of the entire amount due as per the settlement/agreement and it has been stated in the settlement/agreement that no further amounts are outstanding towards the petitioner. It has further been stated in the settlement/agreement that both the parties were agreeable that the petitioner would withdraw the present writ petition and consequently the respondents will withdraw the recovery proceedings initiated by them against the petitioner pending in any Court of law.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The respondents, as stated in the agreement/settlement dated 13.10.2025, would consequently withdraw all the recovery proceedings initiated by them against the petitioner pending in any Court of law. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
