Present writ petition und e r Articles 226/227 of the Constituti o n of India has been filed by t h e petitioners for issuance of a writ in th e nature of Mandamus directin g the respondents to regularize their servi c es in view of judgment dated 20.12.2024 (Annexure P-2) of the Hon’b l e Apex Court in Jaggo vs. Union of India and others, 2024 SCC online SC 3826 as well as of this Co u rt dated 12.05.2026 (Annexure P-4) pass e d by a co-ordinate Bench of t his Court in a bunch of writ petitions h a ving lead case bearing No. CWP-1770-2026 , titled as ‘Deepak Singh and others vs. State of Haryana and others’ and to grant them all consequen t ial benefits i.e. seniority, pay fi x ation and arrears of salary etc. 2. It is inter alia submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that all the 04 petitioners h e rein were engaged on Term Appointm e nt on monthly basis on vari o us Group D Posts as Pump Operator/ C howkidar/Mali-cum-Chowkida r /Keyman/Beldar in the month

of Septem b er, 2006; and they have joine d as such on different dates as fully detai l ed in the tabulated form in p a ra No. 3 of the writ petition. Since, the n the petitioners are working re g ularly, continuously and to the satisfactio n of respondents till date. As su c h, the petitioners have rendered more than 10 years of service and they a r e entitled for regularization of their servi c e, in terms of judgment dated 20.12.2024 (Annexure P-2) of the Hon’b l e Apex Court in Jaggo’s case (supra) as well as of this Court dated 12.0 5 .2026 (Annexure P-4) in Deepak Singh’s case (supra). In this regard, th e petitioners have also served a Legal Notice dated 10.07.2026 (Annexure P-5) upon the respondents. However, no response has been received, s o far.

Learned counsel for the p etitioners submits that the petitioners would be satisfied at this stage if the present petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respo n dents to consider and decide the Legal Notice dated 10.07.2026 (An n exure P-5) in a time bound manner, w h ile keeping in mind judgment o f the Hon’ble Apex Court in Jaggo’s case (supra) as well as of this C ourt in Deepak Singh’s case
