In this case, none had been appearing on behalf of the petitioner, notice was issued to him to appear in person before this Forum to explore the possibility of settlement. However, as per office report, notice issued to the petitioner has been received back with the report which has been given by the grand-son of the petitioner namely Sh. Agam Preet Singh that the petitioner has since expired.
This writ petition is pending since long and there is no representation on behalf of the LRs of the petitioner. Therefore, this matter is consigned to the record room with liberty to the LRs of the petitioner to revive the same by filing an appropriate application before this Forum, if the need arise.
A copy of this order be sent to the LRs of the petitioner, his grand-son namely Sh. Agam Preet Singh and their counsel at the given address, so that they could take appropriate steps for revival of the same.
