Learned counsel for the respondents-Bank has pointed out to the order dated 10.12.2021 which reads as under :

“Notice of motion for 16.03.2022.

Er. Sandeep Suri, Advocate takes notice for respondents No.1, 2 & 3.

Subject to the petitioners paying the arrears of 6 instalments within 04 weeks, and the arrears of another 6 instalments within next 4 weeks, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioners by the respondents. Further instalments also shall be paid on the due dates. In default of compliance with this order, this order shall stand vacated.

Reply to be filed by the respondents on or before next date with copy in advance to counsel opposite.”

Learned counsel for the respondents-Bank has further stated that there has been no compliance of the order dated 10.12.2021 and since 2022 no payment has been made.

None had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners on 17.07.2023. Even today none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners despite the matter being called twice since morning. It appears that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the present petition. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for non-prosecution.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
