After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently, the enquiry report could not be challenged before the Central Administrative Tribunal (for short ‘Tribunal’) hence, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy, in case available, to challenge the said enquiry report before the appropriate forum.
