Prayer in this petition filed under Articles 226/227 is for issuance o f a writ in the nature of Manda m us directing the respondents to release sta t utory gratuity payable under t h e provisions of the Payment of Gratuity A ct, 1972 to the petitioner alon g with statutory interest for the delayed p a yment @ 12% per annum, o n account of the petitioner’s continuou s and uninterrupted services r endered from 01.08.2010 to 28.02.202 5 under the National Health Mission, Haryana; AND/OR further, f o r issuance of direction to t h e respondents to decide the representa t ion dated 15.01.2025 (Annex u re P-3) and legal notice-cumrepresenta t ion dated 14.09.2025 (Annexu r e P-5) by passing a reasoned and speaki n g order within a time bound pe r iod. 2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner s ubmits that the petitioner wo u ld be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondents to consider a n d decide the representation 15.01.202 5 (Annexure P-3) and legal n o tice-cum-representation dated 14.09.202 5 (Annexure P-5) in a time boun d manner.
