dated 22.03.2021 in LPA No.171 of 2021 in which notice has bee n issu e d, the State Government i t self has proceeded to issu e con d itional appointment letters to persons identically situated a s the p resent petitioners. However, a ppointment is being denied t o the p etitioners in an absolutely unj u st manner. Learned counsel fo r the p etitioners urged that in the c ase of present petitioners too, con d itional appointment letters ma y be issued subject to decision o f SLP N o.17134 of 2021. The present petitions, it is contended, wer e filed wayback in the year 2015 a n d were kept pending to awai t deci s ion in LPA No.1215 of 2015. At this stage, it is urged that ther e is n o justification left with the re s pondent-authorities in denyin g app o intment letters to the petition e rs as has been done in the cas e of i d entically situated persons. Refe r ence is made to the short repl y filed in all these cases wherei n it is admitted that simila r cont r oversy has been decided in the petitioners' favour vide orde r dated 27.05.2015 in CWP No.7626 of 2015 (Gurmail Kaur and others v. State of Haryana and another ). However, as LPA No.121 5 of 2 0 15 was stated to be pending, it was prayed that proceedings i n the p resent petitions be kept in ab e yance till the final outcome o f LPA No.1215 of 2015. It is, th u s, prayed that at this stag e con d itional appointment letters be issued in favour of th e peti t ioners, who have been vigilan t ly pursuing their remedy sinc e 201 5 .
