“Civil Writ Petition Under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India with the prayer that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 11.12.2019 (Annex.P/7) endorsed to petitioner on 26.2.2020 which was received in March, 2020 vide which claim of the petitioner has been rejected in illegal and arbitrary manner.
AND
For the issuance of a writ in nature of certiorari for quashing the FINAL SETTLEMENT SCHEME dt.30.08.2019 (Annex.P/8) passed by respondents in illegal and arbitrary manner which is totally against the "Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board (Sale of Immovable Property) Rules 2000". as amended till date.
It is still further prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not penal/compound to charge interest and also simple interest from the

petitioner till the date basic amenities were provided as mandated by the rules and to grant the similar relief as granted in Sumer Singh's case in pursuance to the decision rendered by the Hon'ble Punjab & Haryana High Court in CWP No.3292 of 2012 (titled as Sumer Singh Vs. H.S.A.M. Board & Others) decided on 11.02.2014 and upheld by Hon'ble Supreme Court of India vide order dt. 12.10.2018.
It is also prayed that during the pendency of the present case, dispossession of the petitioner or resumption of site may kindly be stayed, in the interest of justice.
It is further prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue any other writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances present case”
