respondents-State has submitted that against the order dated 24.04.2025, the petitioners have remedy of filing a revision petition before the Financial Commissioner as per the provision of Section 13AA of the Haryana Village Common Lands Regulation) Act, 1961. It is further pointed out that however, in para 12 of the writ petition, it has been stated that the petitioners have no other remedy of appeal or revision except filing the present writ petition.
Para 12 of the writ petition which has been highlighted is reproduced hereinbelow:-
“12. That the petitioners are left with no other remedy of appeal or revision except to approach the Hon’ble Court by way of filing the present writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India.”
Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for an adjournment to get instructions in the matter.
