Mr. Sunil Thapar, Addl. A.G. Punjab with Sh. Gurvinder Saini, Legal Assistant Director School Education (Sr. Education) Mohali.
On 25.08.2026, since none had been appearing on behalf of the petitioner, notice was issued to him to appear in person before this Forum to explore the possibility of settlement. However, notice issued to the petitioner has been received back with the remarks “Incorrect address”. No other address of the petitioner is available on the file.
This writ petition is pending since long and there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, this matter is consigned to the record room, with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same by filing an appropriate application before this Forum, if the need arises.
A copy of this order be sent to the petitioner at the given address as well as to his counsel so that they could take appropriate steps for revival of the same.
Learned State counsel shall also intimate this order to the petitioner through department at his residential address available with them.
