The petitioner has invoked t he writ jurisdiction of this Co u rt by filing the instant petition under Artic l es 226/227 of the Constitution of India see k ing a writ of certiorari for qu a shing the suspension order da t ed 08.12.20 2 2 (Annexure P-2) and im p ugned letter dated 14.12.2023 (Annexu r e P-3) issued by the responde n ts. Further, a writ of manda m us has been sought for directing responden t No.7 to grant salary, subsiste n ce allowanc e and other service benefits to h e r w.e.f. 08.12.2022 i.e. the date of suspensi o n, alongwith interest.
After arguing for some time , learned counsel for the petitio n er wishes t o withdraw the present petiti o n with liberty to approach t he Tribunal/ c ompetent Court of jurisdiction.
Dismissed as withdrawn wit h liberty as prayed for.
